Getting Approved to Sell on imayde LLC

imayde LLC is committed to connecting buyers with genuine creators. To protect our community, all sellers must complete our approval process before they can list products.

1) Verification Requirement

To be approved, you must demonstrate that you are the actual creator of the items you plan to sell.
When you created your account, you were asked to submit a short video introducing yourself and showing part of your creative process or a link to an account which verifies that you are the creator of your work.

  • If you did not submit a video or link at signup:
    Email your video or link to imaydemarketplace@gmail.com.
    In your email, include your full name, your shop name, and any relevant details about your work.

  • If you are unable to provide a video or social media link:
    Email imaydemarketplace@gmail.com to request alternative verification methods. We’ll work with you to find a suitable option.

2) Approval Timeline

  • You will not be approved to sell until verification is complete.
  • Approval is granted once we confirm that you are the creator of the products you plan to list.
  • If you don’t see your listings appear right away, don’t worry — you may simply need to complete or finish the approval process.

3) Ongoing Compliance

By selling on imayde LLC, you agree to follow all marketplace terms and guidelines.

  • If at any time you violate our terms, you may be removed from the marketplace.
  • We may request additional proof of authenticity at any time — this can include videos, photos, or other evidence of your process.
  • Failure to provide requested proof can result in suspension or removal.

4) Use of Submitted Content

Any materials you submit during verification (videos, images, descriptions) may be used in imayde LLC marketing materials, including but not limited to website features, social media, and promotional campaigns.
By submitting your content, you grant imayde LLC the right to use it for marketing purposes without additional permission or payment.
