Who can sell on this marketplace?
We welcome makers, artists, photographers, and crafters who create original works. All products must be made, hand-altered, or personally designed by the seller — no mass-imported, drop-shipped, or factory-produced items after design handoff.
Are there any location requirements for sellers?
Yes. All sellers must be based in the United States, and all products must ship from the United States. We do not currently accept international sellers or shipments.
Are there any product category restrictions?
Yes. We focus on physical goods and certain digital goods that meet our originality and authenticity standards. Some product types have additional rules.
What are the special requirements for photography listings?
- Digital downloads: You may sell digital downloads of original photographs that you own 100% copyright to.
- Delivery method: Files must be delivered using your own platform, file transfer service, or website. We do not host or deliver digital downloads.
- Editing: Reasonable photo editing is allowed (cropping, contrast, retouching, etc.), but the final image must still be your original photography.
- AI-generated images: Not permitted. Only human-created work is allowed.
Can I sell prints of my photographs?
Yes. Printed versions of your original photographs can be sold and shipped like any physical product.
What counts as “original” work?
The work must be created or significantly altered by you. That includes handmade, hand-altered, or personally designed pieces. Fully outsourced or mass-produced products are not allowed.
Do I keep the rights to my work?
Yes. You retain full ownership of your creations. You only give us permission to show your listings and images for marketing your work on the platform.
What is your policy on AI-generated products?
AI-generated or AI-altered images or products are not allowed. Everything sold here must be made by real people.
Can I sell food products?
No. We do not allow food, beverages, baked goods, or any other edible products on this marketplace.
How are orders shipped?
You are responsible for packing and shipping your orders directly to customers. Tracking numbers are strongly encouraged.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through our secure provider. Funds are released once the order is marked as shipped and any hold period is completed.
How long do I have to ship an order?
Ship within the time you specify in your shop policies or listing. Reliable and prompt shipping is expected.
Can I offer custom orders?
Yes, as long as the finished product meets our originality rules. Be clear about timelines and customization options.
What happens if there’s a dispute?
Try to resolve issues directly with your customer. If needed, we can review the case based on the order history and communication.
What happens if my shop grows to the point that I can’t make everything myself anymore?
We call that graduating, and it's something to be proud of.

Graduation includes:
