Become an Artist
- Apply to Join – Submit your application by creating an account and including a link to a short video about yourself and your work. If you already have a social media page or other website which shows your process, this may also be used to serve as verification. If you do not have a video or account available immediately, a link can be emailed to imaydemarketplace@gmail.com once you are ready. Note that your account will not be approved until this video is received. If you have any concerns, send an email detailing them for alternate approval options to imaydemarketplace@gmail.com.
- Get Verified – We confirm you're the creator and not a reseller or distributor.
- List Your Work – Upload your creations with photos, descriptions, and prices. Note that sellers are responsible for shipping items and paying sales tax based upon their own sales and should include this cost in the total price.
- Approval & Launch – Application is reviewed and account is approved. Listings may require approval for originality.
Criteria for Selling
You must:
- Create original works – No drop shipping, mass importing, or reselling.
- Have a process that is primarily handmade, hand-altered, or personally designed
(but not handed over to a factory after designing it). - Be based in the United States.
- Be able to provide details on materials and methods.
- Submit listings that are honest in photography and description (imperfections are part of the charm).
- Attest that all works are of your own creation, meet the criteria, and fall in line with our mission statement.
- Commit to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
We aren't going to provide technicalities or get into every little detail about what is and isn't permitted.
Our goal is to make sure artists get represented and have a safe and fun platform to sell their goods, and that customers know the product they are purchasing was created by someone who cares.
Protecting artists and art. Play nice, be honest, and don't try to cheat the system.
Final approvals are at the discretion of the imayde LLC team.

Artists can apply to sell by creating an Artist account (this account will also allow for Artists to purchase). Required information includes:
- Full Name – Legal name
- Full Name – Shop name (if different)
- Scope of Work – A brief description of the type of creations made (materials, styles, influences).
-**You guarantee that all submitted work is your own without mass production or outsourcing. - A Link to a Brief Video Description – 1–3 minutes introducing yourself and showing your process.
- Note that this video also serves as marketing content that imayde LLC is permitted to use.
- Statement of Authenticity and Ownership
- Agree Terms (Including Supplier Code of Conduct) and Privacy Policy
Note: The marketplace is monitored both by our team and through community flagging. All artists and collectors are encouraged to email imaydemarketplace@gmail.com to report any potential concerns.
At any time, proof of process and ownership may be requested.
