When humanity looked to the stars, they sent their bravest explorer: a housecat in a space helmet. Captain Whiskers, unbothered and slightly judgmental, now rides an ancient tentacled eyeball monster through the cosmos, because… of course he does. The creature, sometimes called “The Eye of the Deep,” sometimes called “Steve,” is either a benevolent guardian of galactic secrets or just a giant squid who took a wrong turn. Scholars are divided.
