How to Create a Product Listing

Creating a listing is the first step to selling your product on our marketplace. Follow the steps below to make sure your listing is complete, clear, and ready for buyers.

1. Start Your Listing

Log in to your seller account and click "Post a listing" in the top righthand corner of the website. This will open the product listing form.

2. Add Product Details

Fill out all required fields:

• Title – Keep it clear and descriptive.
• Description – Explain what your product is, including materials, dimensions, and any unique features.
• Photos – Upload at least one high-quality image (more is better). Use clear, well-lit photos that show the product from multiple angles. Note that we suggest taking photos in landscape format as this is how they appear in the listing thumbnails.
• Price – Set your product price in USD. This is the amount buyers will pay for the product (not including shipping).

You’ll also see some optional playful questions you can answer to add personality to your listing and help buyers connect with you and your work.

3. Set Delivery Method & Shipping Price

You are responsible for shipping the item directly to the buyer.

• Select Shipping as your delivery method.
• Set your own shipping price(s) — you decide what is fair based on weight, dimensions, and destination. However, excessive charges are not permitted.
• The shipping fee will be added to the product price at checkout.

Note: In order to receive payments, you must set up a payment account using Stripe. We recommend setting this account up prior to listing products. If you choose to list products and have not yet set up a payment account, buyers will be unable to purchase your listings.

4. Review and Publish

Once all fields are complete:

1. Review your listing for accuracy.
2. Click "Publish listing" to make it visible to buyers.
